It's General Keith Alexander's last day as Director of the U.S. National Security Agency. After eight years at the helm of the U.S. intelligence service, the 61-year-old is retiring. The agency's practices became public when government contractor Edward Snowden leaked thousands of classified documents about the program to the media. RT's Ameera David looks at how the leaks became the precursor to the end of General Alexander's career.
